Labour Issue Watch (LIW) is a non-profit independent organization which works to ensure for the rights and well-being of the labour. Anybody and everybody who works to earn a living is a labour. The Fundamental goal of Labour issue watch is to watch the labour force of the urban and rural as this population has been deviant from all the development opportunities and currently in a state of poor livelihood condition. Labour Issue Watch envisions providing livelihood promotion and social inclusion services to the poor and vulnerable with innovative solutions. LABOUR'S PROBLEMS

LABOUR'S PROBLEMS :
  1. Money is deducted from a worker's wages
  2. Worker wants to claim notice pay and leave pay
  3. Worker is paid below the minimum wage
  4. Dismissed worker wants the job back
  5. Retrenchment
  6. Worker is dismissed for being drunk on duty
  7. Contract workers are dismissed before the contract is due to terminate
  8. Contract workers are not paid overtime
  9. Casual worker is not paid sick leave
  10. Contract worker’s contract has not been renewed
  11. Employer does not register worker with the Unemployment Insurance Fund
  12. Failing to sign the Unemployment register
  13. Long delay in paying Compensation
  14. Worker does not get the correct amount of Compensation money
  15. Worker is off work and is not getting paid
  16. Injured worker gets too little Compensation to live on
  17. Worker is injured on duty and loses the job
  18. Worker's Compensation has been refused
  19. : Workers develop a work sickness
